Admission
The Interview:
The first step is to set up an interview (no charge) with the director. She will explore the student's math concerns and history, explain how our program works, and try to ascertain whether our program and the student are right for each other.Requirements for admission: The essential requirement for admission is the student’s willingness to do the work. Private Instruction:
Option 1: Monthly $795 per month. The student has two regularly scheduled private lessons each week; each lesson lasts an hour. The student has a reserved time and can phone for help at no extra charge. Missed lessons are not made up. Payable monthly, in advance.Option 2: Hourly $120 per hour, payable on receipt of service. Lessons are scheduled on a space-available basis, and not more than a week in advance. There is a cancellation fee of $50 for lessons canceled less than 24 hours in advance.
Group Instruction:
If the students are well matched we work with students two or more at a time. See the director for details.
Internet instruction:
Details worked out on a case-by-case basis.
